Since then, cooking has always been my backdrop. This sharing of my love of food with family and friends has developed into a natural style of teaching for me. My philosophy about cooking is simple. Great food should be easy to prepare. Ethnic cuisines like Italian and Mexican, comfort foods like roasted chicken and beef stew with dumplings, even bistro fare like poached salmon with dill-cream sauce and apricot-glazed Cornish game hen for the more
sophisticated pallet should be simple to make.

My goal, whether it’s a private or group cooking class, interactive dinner party, team building event or corporate on-site cooking demonstration, is to help people discover that preparing delicious food can be done quickly and easily with great results.
